Hey guys, this time I’m continuing my companion guide series with Curie, who has been one of the most highly requested companions. In this video we’ll discuss how to get Curie, what her SPECIAL stats are, how to max out her affinity, and the effectiveness of her companion perk. Let’s start with some background info on her character. Curie is a Miss Nanny robot designed for household use, which is just a Mister Handy variant with female programming. Her name “Curie” is an acronym for “Contagions Vulnerability Robotic Infirmary Engineer”. She was originally intended to be a lab assistant in Vault 81, but a doctor named Ken Collins decided to give her more operational freedom once the Great War started so that she could conduct her own experiments. Dr. Collins programmed her personality to be a mix of Marie Curie, Immanuel Kant, and Albert Einstein along with her French accent. After all of these doctors died from old age, Curie continued their research and developed panacea, which is a cure-all drug that would cure any and all human disease. Unfortunately she was locked in the lab and has been waiting for 83 years. That’s when the Sole Survivor comes along. Enjoy!
